Former president Donald Trump attacked TV presenter George Stephanopoulos in a rant on his social media platform Truth Social over alleged comments about his classified documents case in Florida.
The former president said “Liddle’ George StepaDOPEalis” gave a speech on “ABC FAKE NEWS.”
It’s unclear what the former White House communications director and adviser to the president’s comments are. Bill Clinton which Trump was referring to, but Stephanopoulos hosted a show on ABC called The yearbroadcast on the channel Wednesday evening.
Stephanopoulos reviewed the alleged crimes Trump is accused of in a show segment summarizing the political year.
The 45th president allegedly committed 91 offenses in four indictments, including 40 related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents after leaving the White House.
Trump denies all accusations against him and says they are politically motivated. He lashed out at the affair, Stephanopoulos and the president Joe Biden in the comments on Truth Social.
“Crooked Joe Biden has not cooperated in the documents affair, quite the contrary,” Trump said. “This is the pitch that George StepaDOPEalis from Liddle just made on ABC FAKE NEWS…
“Fake News and their accomplices, the radical left Democratsare looking for a way to explain how they can let Biden get away with this, when he is guilty as hell, but hold “TRUMP” accountable, when he is completely innocent. »
It is believed that Trump was referring to documents found in Biden’s former office, at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, DC, and at his home in Wilmington, Delaware. The documents relate to his tenure as vice president under the president Barack Obama.
Reports from November indicate that Biden will not face charges.

In Florida, Trump faces 32 counts of unlawful retention national defense information and eight other charges, including making false statements and conspiring to conceal them.
In Stephanopoulos’ video, ABC chief correspondent Pierre Thomas told viewers that “documents were piled up on the stage…the documents were in a bathroom,” referring to photographs taken from Trump’s house at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

- Withholding information on national defense – 32 counts
