President Joe Biden was seen wearing a red “Make America Great Again” Trump hat during a visit to a Pennsylvania fire station to commemorate the anniversary of 9/11. The president was greeted with cheers when he donned a participant’s hat in what the White House calls a show of “unity.” Biden visited the Shanksville Fire Station after participating in a wreath-laying ceremony at the town’s memorial site for United Airlines Flight 93, one of four flights hijacked by al-Qaeda terrorists on September 11, 2001. White House principal deputy press secretary Andrew Bates confirmed the clip was real, but added that Biden had put on the cap as a sign of unity. Meanwhile, the Trump campaign said Kamala Harris’ debate performance was so bad that Biden decided to wear the MAGA hat.
