On Friday, Biden administration lawyers argued the court lacked the proper jurisdiction to decide the case, while Palestinians and Americans testified about atrocities committed by Israel with U.S. support. “I cannot think of another time when, in a US federal court, Palestinians took the witness stand, one after another, describing their experiences under Israeli occupation,” said Diala Shamas, senior lawyer of the court.
