Former Biden family associate Tony Bobulinski confirmed to House investigators this week that President Joe Biden played a key, national security-compromising role in Biden’s self-enrichment and influence-peddling scheme. his family.
“The only reason these international business transactions happened, with tens of millions of dollars going directly to the Biden family, is because Joe Biden held high office. The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period,” Bobulinski told investigators during his testimony before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees on Tuesday, the transcription of whom was released Friday morning.
Bobulinski said he chose to come forward at the risk of his “privacy,” his “personal safety” and “that of my family” because he wanted to “tell the American people the truth about serious corruption at the top of his government. »
Despite the Democrats, the mainstream media, the government and FBI Efforts To undermine or ignore Bobulinski’s credibility, the witness has spent the last four years corroborating corruption allegations against Joe and the rest of the Biden family. Yet the same Democrats who admitted that Joe lied about his family business contacts after Devon Archer testified before their committee last year, used Tuesday’s deposition to continue to sabotage, disrupt and demean Bobulinski.
Rep. Dan Goldman accused Bobulinski of being “incredibly disrespectful” by saying he didn’t know FBI protocols. Goldman then cut Bobulinski off, to which the witness replied: “You don’t have to raise your voice at me. When Bobulinski later asked for clarification on a question, Goldman responded, “I’ll try to simplify things.” »
At one point, Bobulinski had to ask Rep. Robert Garcia to stop “pointing the finger at me.” The top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, Jamie Raskin, even added to the chaos by calling Bobulinski an “uncontrollable witness” and interrupting him when he attempted to answer questions from minority members.
The Democrats’ behavior was so bad that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer apologized to Bobulinski. “I apologize for the way Democrats and staff acted as well as the way they treated you. I have never seen such pathetic behavior during a deposition before. I apologize for their behavior, but I appreciate what you have said here today. It’s very helpful,” Comer said.
Raskin stated in a statement During Bobulinski’s testimony Wednesday, he “provided no evidence of wrongdoing on the part of President Biden, nor any evidence that President Biden was involved in his family’s business dealings.”
However, on page 12 of the 279-page transcript, Bobulinski states “crystal clear” that “Joe Biden was the brand sold by the Biden family.”
“His family’s foreign influence peddling operations, from China to Ukraine and elsewhere, were sold to foreign actors who sought to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the U.S. government. United,” Bobulinski said in his opening statement. “Joe Biden was more than a participant and beneficiary of the family business; he was an enabler, even though he was protected by an elaborate plan to maintain plausible deniability.
As early as 2020, Bobulinski established that the Biden family, including Joe, is “compromised” by communist China and that Joe’s denial of any involvement in Hunter’s foreign affairs is “a blatant lie.”
Bobulinski reiterated during his eight-hour congressional session that he believed the Bidens’ dealings with Chinese Communist Party-linked energy company CEFC, in particular, were an attempt by China “to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House.”
“This process began in the fourth quarter of 2015 and continued until Joe Biden left office in January 2017, until March 2018, when CEFC Chairman Ye was arrested on corruption charges in China, only to no longer never be seen again,” Bobulisnki said.
A lucrative family business
Joe Biden, with the help of the media, has long denied any specific knowledge of or involvement in his son’s overseas affairs.
“This is a blatant lie. You have plenty of evidence that Joe Biden showed up to meetings, shook hands, participated in phone calls, up until last summer,” Bobulinski said.
Bobulinski said he met “personally” with the former vice president in 2017 “several times to discuss the broad contours of trade relations,” adding long list of evidence contradicting Joe’s Changing Claims.
Bobulinski is not the only one who has seen Joe Biden’s hand in foreign trade deals. Other Biden family associates, such as Rob Walker and James Gilliar, have corroborated his claims.
Walker confirmed in his closed-door testimony to House investigators earlier this month, Joe “stopped” at a 2017 lunch “at the Four Seasons in a restaurant in a private room” to speak with CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming and other CEFC associates. It was “likely” shortly after that meeting, Walker said, that the Hunter company received 3 million dollars of the entity CEFC State Energy HK Limited. Approximately $1,065,000 Part of this deposit was transferred to various Biden bank accounts.
In 2015, Gilliar claimed in a text that Hunter was not “essential to adding to the company but was “imperative” to the “brand”. Bobulinski agreed, telling House investigators that Hunter “wasn’t doing much service at this point.”
“He provided his name and the power of his family and what they have developed over the last 50 years,” Bobulinski said. Gilliar, on the other hand, “knew from day one what he was doing,” according to Bobulinski.
“He knew he was taking the second most powerful family in the United States and putting them into business with one of the ten largest companies in China with extremely close ties to the Chinese Communist Party,” Bobulinski told investigators from the room.
Even Hunter reportedly bragged to Bobulinski about his father’s influence and proximity to million-dollar overseas deals.
“I ask him about his interaction with his father and his father’s knowledge of this and other agreements, and Hunter Biden didn’t hesitate to say, ‘My father picks up the phone.’ I can call him from anywhere in the world. Do you want me to call him on the phone now? I did not do it. But he would use that terminology,” Bobulinski said.
Bobulinski claimed he pressured Hunter, noting, “I think your dad has an army of lawyers around him who put a wall between you to talk about things.” » Hunter reportedly “kind of just laughed.”
“He was very emboldened, confident, you know, he had access to his father whenever and wherever he wanted,” Bobulinski said.
Bobulinski also claimed to have raised questions about the political implications of the Biden family’s hiring program. Joe’s brother, James Biden.
“’How are you guys going to do that? That does not make any sense. Why would you take that risk for yourself, for your family’s brand that Hunter is shouting about, and all that?’ “, he asked. “And he looks at me and kind of laughs and says, ‘Plausible deniability.'”
Bobulinski said that at the time he did not believe the Bidens’ actions were criminal. In his deposition, however, Bobulisnki said Joe should be investigated for potential violations of “the Foreign Agents Registration Act; anti-corruption and public integrity laws; the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
Bobulinski also expressed frustration with other Biden family associates who directly evaded Joe’s key role in influence peddling.
“I met Joe Biden in person. These guys were talking about bringing Joe Biden to New York and sitting down face to face with President Ye while we formalized this deal. And for every one of these guys to now have amnesia or, like, you know, claim that ‘Oh, Hunter wasn’t really talking about his dad’ is just absurd,” Bobulinski said. “The American people deserve the truth.”
