WASHINGTON DC – Today, the House Ways and Means Committee voted to release 56 new pages of evidence showing that then-Vice President Joe Biden used multiple email aliases and private email addresses to communicate with his son’s business associate and principal financial architect, directly refuting the president’s previous public statements that he had no knowledge of his son’s business dealings. The president now appears not only to have knowledge of the situation, but also to be intimately involved in Hunter Biden’s business dealings. The documents released today further corroborate previous testimony from IRS agents Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shapley, highlighting the incredible level of access Hunter Biden and his business partners had to Joe Biden’s public office while working for foreign companies.
At today’s Ways and Means Committee executive session hearing with IRS whistleblowers Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shapley, President Jason Smith (MO-08) underlined the credibility and extent of the whistleblowers’ testimony:
“After months of testifying for hours and producing hundreds of pages of documentation, and as many months of baseless attacks against them, their story remained the same and their credibility intact. The same cannot be said of President Biden.
“To date, our witnesses have produced over eleven hundred pages of evidence, testified behind closed doors for 14 hours with advice from the majority and minority of this committee, testified publicly before the Oversight Committee and we provided information today. new evidence.
Chairman Smith also provided a detailed account of the extent of Joe Biden’s involvement in the Biden family’s business dealings as well as Joe Biden’s efforts to cover his tracks:
“Vice President Biden appears to have treated Air Force 2 like a corporate jet, flying to Ukraine and Mexico, to advance Hunter Biden’s business interests. Evidence from today’s documents shows just around the time of international trips like those to Ukraine, Joe Biden was sending emails to his son and his son’s associate from private email accounts using pseudonyms as vice president.

Joe Biden’s pseudonyms
Among the pages of new evidence, provided to the Committee and released by a vote of the Committee during today’s markup, was a document containing data on 327 emails showing correspondence from Joe Biden – via email aliases – with a key business associate of Hunter Biden.
- 54 of the emails were exclusively between Joe Biden and one of Hunter Biden’s business partners, Eric Schwerin, who was in charge of structuring the family’s various shell companies who launder money around the world.
- 38 were emails from THE The White House towards a pseudonym of Joe Biden with a copy to Hunter Biden.
Architect of the Biden family’s Shell companies
Newly released information shows that direct emails between Schwerin, the architect of the Biden family’s shell companies, then then-Vice President Biden increased dramatically around the time Vice President Biden visited Ukraine. This is relevant because at the same time, Hunter Biden was appointed to the board of a Ukrainian company, Burisma, which previously published evidence confirmed was an appointment entirely intended to throw the “political weight” of the Biden family brand behind the interests of the company.
- Before Vice President Biden’s trip to Ukraine in June 2014, he and Schwerin exchanged five emails. After this trip and before the vice president’s return trip to Ukraine in November, he and Schwerin sent 27 emails.
- Vice President Biden then threatened to withhold $1 billion in foreign aid to Ukraine if the prosecutor investigating corruption at Hunter Biden’s company was not fired. The prosecutor was fired.
Biden Family Fixer
Among the documents released today by the Ways and Means Committee is an email from a Hollywood lawyer and Kevin Morris, Biden family fixer who in the process of pay $2 million to cover Hunter Biden’s back taxes expressed to a Biden family accountant the need to reconcile Hunter Biden’s unpaid taxes because it represented a “considerable risk on a personal and political level”. This happened in February 2020, just weeks before the Super Tuesday Democratic primary elections, in an effort to to eliminate one of the Biden campaign’s biggest political liabilities.
Payment in China
Joe Biden – who claims to know nothing about his son’s business dealings – attended a lunch in Washington, DC with employees of a Chinese company that paid Hunter Biden for access to the Biden family. In fact, evidence provided by IRS whistleblowers to the Ways and Means Committee shows multiple meals with Hunter Biden’s business associates and meetings at the White House between those associates and Biden advisors.
One of these Chinese associates was Patrick Ho, an official of the Chinese energy company CEFCof which the main and documented, the company’s role was to bribe world leaders to advance the company’s interests. He was convicted in 2018 for these acts in Chad and Uganda.
Documents provided by IRS whistleblowers show Ho gave Hunter Biden $1 million in exchange for legal services that were never provided. But, highlighting the close relationship with the Biden family, Ho’s first call upon arrest in New York in 2017 for attempted bribery of African officials was to James Biden, the president’s brother.
